Hi! Sorry for the delay in response. I'm happy to share my recipe. I adapted it from here: http://www.yumsugar.com/661961 I substituted applesauce for some of the butter, reduced the sugar, and used low-fat cream cheese in the frosting (I think it was still a bit too rich). Thanks for asking!
